However, the gentleman did not have any information on the pressing itself, regarding who mixed it, cut it, etc. It sounds great, much better than any of the 'greatest hits' versions that have been around the last few years.
It's certainly possible that they used the same stampers that they did for the AP gram version of this record. It's a fact the same happened on Cosmo's Factory, where you can buy the KG cut for 20 bucks.
I hope that's the case here. Highly recommended version here. Great deal for the price. A little bottom-heavy, which Miles is notorious for. Detail gets lost, as the bottom-end is overwhelming everything else. OndeSonic April 10, Report. BethesdaMD February 5, Report. Green River is the third studio album by Creedence Clearwater Revival , released in August after their second release Bayou Country , which was also released in January of the same year.

Fogerty occasionally sings the misheard lyric in concert. The song has become notably popular in Argentina as a soccer chant , sung by fans at the stadium to support their teams during soccer matches. Different versions of the lyrics exist for different local teams, and even political parties.

Just about all of the limitations of analogue cutting from tape are made twice as bad at half-speed. For this reason I firmly believe careful and sympathetic high-resolution digital capture from a well-cared for and customised i.
There is no perfect solution, but I feel by some distance this is the best way to proceed. There was a half-speed boxset of the seven Creedence LPs with a beautiful 84 page booklet released in Europe late An absolutely beautiful presentation. Manage to cut their vinyl remaster at half speed without going digital. Miles Showell is saying that cutting half-speed from a digital file doesn't have as many issues as cutting from tape.
Sounds plausible, but as usual the fruit of the pudding is in the eating! The CCR albums, were, of course released last year as part of the box set. I understand that the forthcoming Chet Baker box set has similar provenance.
I agree with Michael that in its own right it sounds really good but when compared to originals or the AP reissues it doesn't compete. I am not a lover of half-speed mastering at all, I just liked the quality of the boxset with an page booklet thrown in had a bit of cash to spare and got a rush of blood to the head and the sleeves as Michael has said are excellent. Unfortunately the individual titles Bayou Country and Green River are woefully expensive over this side of the pond.
Showell is a hack. Everything he does is missing the analog sound. The Police album it terrible. Sounds slightly better than a CD. They are the worst 45 double LPs made."Bad Moon Rising" is a song written by John Fogerty and performed by Creedence Clearwater Revival.
